Job Description
The office clerk is responsible for administrative tasks in support of the company. This includes sorting/scanning of physical paperwork, data entry, processing workflows, and completing various data entry centric tasks on medical records systems.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Sort and scans mail by department, location, or category
  • Contribute to team by accomplishing tasks as needed
  • Collect and prepare correspondence to be mailed
  • Prepares daily document packages for couriers
  • Assists in data entry and processing tasks
Skills And Qualifications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
