Whittier Health Network, an established family owned healthcare company for over 40 years, is seeking an experienced, well‐seasoned Long Term Care Administrator for Oak Knoll Healthcare Center, located in Framingham, Massachusetts.

• Provides clear direction to the staff through effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizes, directs, supervises and administers policy in accordance with the policies and procedures at the facility.
• Provides effective lines of communication to all departments within the facility.
• Demonstrates competency in the performance of duties through utilization of appropriate scientific principles and sound clinical judgement.
• Takes on leadership role in maintaining an environment directed toward the health and safety of residents, staff and visitors.
• Responsible for keeping current on long term care policies and procedures and governing fire, safety and disaster plans and practice.
• Takes on full responsibility for the establishing of the philosophy and goals of the facility.
• Responsible for developing, promoting, and evaluating all Department Managers.
• Provides reinforcement/corrective action, as needed in a timely fashion.
• Leads in the development of a team concept within the facility.
• Has oversight and full responsibility for the management of the facility fiscal budget.
• Responsible for total oversight of resident care, management of all employees, fiscal resources, and ensuring a safe hazard‐free environment for residents and staff.
• Responsible for the deliverance of quality care to the residents of the facility.
