Nursing Assistant / Caregiver - Every Other Weekend

Job Title: Community Care Assistant ( CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA / HMKR )

Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour + $32 per hour Aide Visit Rate!

Schedule Options: Days (Staffing times between 7:00am and 7:00pm)

Availability: Starting PT working into FT

*Up to $2000 in additional bonuses!

Home Health Care, Inc. has several openings for exceptional Community Care Assistants that are seeking autonomy, flexibility, and fulfilling relationships with clients. We are looking for individuals across the Twin Cities for part-time availability and offer an assortment of hourly visits during the day. Successful applicants while have 1 prior year of care giving experience and have the ability to drive up to a 35 mile radius from home!

Community Care Assistant Benefits:

Community Care Assistant Responsibilities:

• Drive to visit clients in their home for at least 2 hours at a time.
• Build rapport with older adult clientele through weekly visits.
• Provide hands-on cares such as transfers and therapeutic exercises.
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as getting up in the morning, going to bed at night, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Maintaining documentation and reporting, and taking part in meetings and in training activities as directed.

Community Care Assistant Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to drive up to a 35 mile radius from your home.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week and 1 weekend shift per month
• Pass a multiple-choice care giving knowledge quiz
• 1+ year of prior direct care giving experience REQUIRED!
