Lititz Pike Home & Garden is hiring part time, seasonal team members. The position starts immediately and requires evening availability 12p-7pm and weekend availability, Saturday/Sunday 8am-7pm.

Responsibilities:
Our goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers by greeting with a smile and thanking them.

Nursery essential job functions include (but not limited to):
  • Other duties may be assigned based on company/department need
  • Stock sales floor
  • Set and sign displays
  • Provide exceptional service to customers
  • Assists in opening and/or closing the department
  • Assist with keeping department clean, well organized and well supplied
Maintenance essential job functions include (but not limited to):
  • Plants, weeds, edges and mulches all of the flowerbeds on the store property.
  • Cleans and replenishes store areas to department guidelines, including lunch and restrooms
  • Performs maintenance related activities throughout the store.
  • Sweeps and vacuums retail floor areas.
  • Washes and maintains patio area, windows, and various other parts of the store.
  • Empties trash containers throughout the store.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on company/ department need.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers
  • Works cart and/or wagon returns as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as adding and subtracting using multiple digit numbers & units of weight and/or American currency.
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
  • The employee must be 18 years of age or older.
  • The employee must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
