Nurse Supervisor Medicine - Beachwood

Position Summary/Essential Duties:

1. Manage clinical operations and support functions for assigned Medical services including human resources, planning, implementation and outcomes monitoring.

2. Oversight of the operations and support functions for the assigned centers and satellites.

3. Oversee the delivery of patient care and ensure continuous improvement of clinical and service quality.

4. Support and facilitate performance improvement activities to achieve desirable goals.

5. Develop policies and procedures for the department ensuring all regulatory standards are met.

6. Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing

7. Allocates resources effectively

16. Accountable for ensuring regulatory standards are maintained.

17. Displays commitment to the mission, vision and values of the organization.

Excellent interpersonal skills, physician relations experience strongly preferred. Extensive troubleshooting, resolution & follow up on high profile issues required.

Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Information technology skills required.

Required Credentials, License, and / or Certifications.

Registered nurse with current Ohio license. ACLS BLS Certification

Experience & Knowledge:

3 years clinical nursing experience required. Supervisory experience in an ambulatory setting required.

Demonstrated competence as a clinical practitioner. Demonstrated leadership, management and human relations skills required. Proven knowledge of insurance, hospital and professional regulations is preferred
