MED SURG-ONCOLOGY
Full Time 8A-5:30P / 80 Hours per Pay
UPPER VALLEY MEDICAL CENTERS
General Summary/Responsibilities:
Supervises 43 FTEs.
Responsible for performance reviews, discipline, termination and personnel hiring.

The Nurse Manager has responsibilities for a functional area of patient services and must collaborate with others to achieve strategic objectives and maintain the overall health of a specific community segment consistent with our position as the Region’s Leader in health care delivery.
- 3 years minimum of progressive leadership experience is preferred
- Minimum level of education required: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 3 - 5 years of job related experience; 1 year of rehab experience preferred
