Description:

Full time position to work in a Primary Care role. Board certified and licensed in Massachusetts with 3 years of primary care experience.

• Provider that has carried 2 panels during MD PCP vacancies with very positive patient feedback.
• Experienced provider with 8+ years of experience committed to mission and patients of EBNHC (high likelihood of extended retention).
• This visit expectation will place the APC PCP directly between the current team anchor and MD PCP models. The APC PCP will have 20 more visit slots (33% more access) as compared to a team anchor for a total of 80 appointments per week
• Advanced Practice Clinician PCP model afford cost-efficient provision of primary care services.
• Provides APC with path to promotion and allows medical director to use discretion to fill PCP vacancies with high performing APC.
• Substantial increase in responsibility as empaneled provider warrants increased compensation.
• Substantial increased in visit volume and revenue generated warrants increased compensation.
• A much shorter ramp up time needed for experienced provider as already proficient in EPIC, EBNHC work flows and already accustomed to high volume of patients at 30 minute visits
