The Night Shift MedSurg Clinical Coordinator Nurse will be joining a highly-functioning, Level I Trauma Center that is home to numerous inpatient and outpatient medical specialties such as 24/7 emergency care, heart care, pregnancy and childbirth, and most commonly, orthopedic and bariatric surgery. On the Medical Surgical Telemetry floor, the unit is comprised of comfortable patient beds, a full staff of healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses, Techs, anesthesiologists, and physicians.
The MedSurg Clinical Coordinator RN will be bringing their expertise to a department that experiences a high inpatient volume and is known for their tight-knit and welcoming culture.The patients that are cared for in this department experience a range of medical needs dealing with COPD, chronic pain, wound care, ortho, trauma and bariatrics.The PM MedSurg Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse will be pleased to know that this department experiences a very low staff turnover rate and high patient satisfaction scores due to their teamwork mentality and shared goal of delivering top-notch patient care. Prior experience as a Charge RN, Nurse Supervisor, or Preceptor in a Medical-Surgical Unit will make for quick interviews!
