Schedule Details: 11 PM - 7 AM - With open availability

What will I be doing?

The position is responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting, and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the resort continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. As well as being the overnight guest service agent.

  • Answering the phone and making reservations.
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
  • Preparing and distributing employee checks.
  • Following End of Day procedures.
  • Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation.
  • Processing invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc.
  • Keeping hotel financial records in order.
  • Responding to guests needs, requests, and complaints.
  • Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School/GRD
  • 0 - 3 year experience
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
