New Product Introduction Manager

Akkodis is seeking a New Product Introduction Manager for a Contract position in San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $50-$60/hour

New product introduction (NPI) management in the automotive industry

Hardware platform industry experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, product management or related field
• Adaptability to changing market conditions
• Proven experience as a new product introduction manager
• Profound expertise in managing the supply chain intricacies associated with electrical and electronic components, particularly within the automotive sector
• Time management skills
• Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards ensuring a compliant process
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
• Strong communication skills – interpersonal, presentation, and written
• Proven track record in successfully overseeing the entire process of introducing new products into the market
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
• Technical Understanding of the product and manufacturing process
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Thoughtful problem solver
