Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze implementation documentation; sold proposal and prior plan information as well as other secure information as necessary in order set up customer in the new PAS System. Completing plan set up in V3; enter group, product plan, provisions, class and member definition including replacement processing.
Draft legally defensible contract documents, complete bill set up and transform customer expectations into effective billing documents and billing plan designs; initiate broker and commissions set up. Enrollment processing. Process enrollment file non-data feed: capture and update missing data, work collaboratively with others to ensure data is accurate and complete.
Continuous improvement. Brings the voice of customer forward and solve for the customer experience first in every decision. Collaborates with teammates to create a customer-first structure that enables new ways of working and facilitates clear lines of accountability that minimize customer-handoffs. Takes ownership of continuous improvement efforts to improve processes and solve problems. Escalates problems as appropriate.

Job Specifications:
- Experience: Five years progressively responsible work experience in benefits administration, new case management, enrollment technology, client facing experience preferred or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong planning, prioritizing, decision-making, and organization skills. Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification required: None
- Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
