Neurophysiology/EEG Technician - Per Diem - Days

NewYork-Presbyterian has a distinguished history of transformative innovation. Founded in 1909, our Neurological Institute was the first in North America. We’re seeking a highly skilled Neurophysiology/EEG Technician to serve as an integral part of our team.

Under the supervision of the Clinical Neurophysiology management team you will have the opportunity to conduct clinical neurophysiology studies. In this role, you will perform a variety of state-of-the-art studies while serving as a vital resource to patients, physicians, and technologists.

This is a per diem position. Shifts will fall between Monday - Friday, and will be day shifts.

Preferred Criteria

• Previous experience as a Neurophysiology/EEG Technician

Required Criteria

• Knowledge of applicable computer operating systems and software
• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduation from an accredited electroneurodiagnostic technology training program (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) Accredited) or minimum of two years working in a similar position at an academic or teaching institution
• American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnostics Technologists (ABRET) registry eligible
