Network Analyst Jobs

As a Network Analyst, you will apply industry best practices to assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Bank OZK network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot reported network issues, as well as assist the engineers with any tasks they may have for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers with tasks related to ongoing projects
• Travel on company business, for training or for physical installations of equipment, as needed
• Embrace, support, and model the Bank’s values and mission
• Demonstrate effective time management skills
• Perform basic networking functions and troubleshooting
• Serve as initial point of contact for all network issues/tickets
• Configure and maintain the branch networks and equipment
• Respond to issues outside normal business hours as needed to accomplish work objectives
• Ensure compliance with internal/external regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Respond to and troubleshoot network alerts and outages
• Monitor logs and reports to identify potential issues
• Remain up to date with emerging technologies, best practices, and methods in networking and IT Security
• Work closely with IT Officers in maintenance of branch networks
• Coordinate and work toward resolution of multiple tasks simultaneously
• Maintain and update accurate network documentation
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

• Experience with Network Monitoring software and/or SIEM software, preferred
• Participation in a tiered on-call rotation for a 24/7 network, required
• Experience/Certifications with Cisco Network hardware and software, preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent, required
• 1+ years of networking experience, or 2+ years of IT experience, required
