About this Role:

Hippo Builder Insurance Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Agents who will help customers by providing them insurance products from Hippo and our carrier partners.

We’re seeking an experienced insurance professional who is willing to think outside the box with a whole new approach to policy sales. Do you love helping people, have a natural empathy for others, and helping them find solutions and solve problems? Are you able to make outbound calls on warm leads with confidence? Do you have prior experience in personal lines insurance policy sales in a multi-carrier environment?

What You’ll Do:

• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of our customers, you will act with customers in mind; establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
• Process new policy requests quickly and thoroughly
• Provide superb customer support and assistance via phone, and email

Must Haves:

• Exposure to Builders is a plus
• Must have a current and active Property & Casualty license to be considered
• Experience selling multiple carriers is needed
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse environment
• 3+ years prior experience in Property or Homeowner’s insurance is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to help others solve problems
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Flexible and willing to do what is needed to get great work done
• A natural inclination to work within a culture that is fast-paced and dynamic
• Self-motivated and directed; the ability to collaborate is a must, but you will be autonomous and expected to succeed without heavy direction

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,400.00 per year
