As a Multifamily Construction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion. Your duties will include:
  • Ensuring project success through meticulous planning, organization, and resource allocation
  • Preparing and presenting progress reports, project updates, and financial analyses to senior leadership.
  • Monitoring and managing project performance, including cost control, quality assurance, and adherence to safety standards
  • Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery within budget and on schedule
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to foster positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction
