Job Description
General Summary


Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patients.


Location: Hinsdale


Status: Part-time


Hours: M-F 8-730p, alternating weekends 8-4p


Required


Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:


High School Diploma or GED Minimum of six months of previous healthcare experience required OR completion of one nursing clinical rotation OR successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant training course Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork, ability to prioritize multiple and varied tasks at one time, ability to receive and follow through on directions


Required License And/or Certification


Current CPR certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross


Preferred License And/or Certification


Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Phlebotomy certification
