Job Description

Job Title: Mover

Company: Zippboxx Moving and Storage

Location: Hauppauge, NY

Zippboxx Moving and Storage is seeking an experienced and reliable Mover to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. As a mover, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving our customers' belongings from one location to another. We move locally and long distance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and disassemble furniture
  • Pack items into boxes and properly secure them for transport
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Safely transport items to their destination
  • Load and unload items onto and off of moving trucks

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
