We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Apply your expertise in processing and closing mortgage loans, covering various types including Conventional, FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA, and USDA, while ensuring strict adherence to respective guidelines.
Demonstrate the ability to handle up to 40 files concurrently, with the capability to submit 30 of those files every month, showcasing your efficient multitasking skills.
Showcase your knack for submitting files with minimal conditions, reflecting your meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of loan requirements.
Utilize your skills to analyze income, assets, and collateral accurately, enabling seamless loan processing and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in mortgage closing and processing is required.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior mortgage loan processing role is necessary.
Thorough knowledge of guidelines for Conventional, FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA, and USDA loans.
Proven track record of performance in managing a high volume of files with accuracy and efficiency.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating income, assets, and collateral.
