Job Description
Oversee the live simulcast of the Coffee, Country & Cody morning show on Circle television channel. Meet daily with WSM morning show team to develop and plan upcoming shows and be responsible for the day-to-day broadcasts. Charged with fulfilling Opry Entertainment Group's (OEG) obligations to the licensor, Circle Media, LLC. Reports to Vice President of Production.


  • Meet daily with morning show team to develop and plan upcoming shows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Act as communication liaison between radio programming team, show talent, and TV master control during live show. Assist in clock management.
  • Network at select events, listening parties, shows, etc., to develop booking contacts (alongside show personalities or on behalf of the show).
  • Act as fill-in board op when needed.
  • Strategize with Circle to best utilize content on network platforms.
  • Develop day-to-day run of show and distribute to appropriate parties.
  • Communicate with leadership on decisions for which segments are compelling to post-produce for distribution.
  • Post mix/master/archive performance audio as equipment allows.
  • Strategize with corporate marketing team to best utilize content on social media outlets.
  • Mix performance audio for broadcast.
  • Develop mix minus signal flow with engineer as equipment allows.
