WHAT YOU’LL LOVE DOING

The Microsoft Modern Workplace Consultant will be responsible for the design, implementation, and documentation of proposed Microsoft 365 solutions. Must have the ability to take ownership of Microsoft’s Modern Workplace suite of solutions including Office 365, Intune, Enterprise Mobility + Security, and Windows 10/11.

• Perform Active Directory / Azure AD, Office 365 (O365), Exchange, and SharePoint enterprise migrations, including upgrades and cross-tenant/cross-platform migrations (i.e., Google to M365)
• Deliver Modern Desktop Solutions with Microsoft Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Architect, design, and hands-on deployment of Microsoft’s Modern Workplace suite of solutions
• Lead the transition into the Modern Workplace which comprises Office 365, Enterprise Mobility and Security, Teams, Intune, etc.

EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES

• Experience in building PowerShell scripts
• Experience using migration tools from Quest, AvePoint, Sharegate, BitTitan, etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Technical documentation is a requirement of the position
• Current Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace certifications or in the process of upgrading
• Minimum of 10 years' experience administering and deploying Microsoft 365 services and applications
• Up-to-date knowledge and confirmed experience as a technical engineer and subject matter expert in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) on at least 5 unique engagements
• Highly skilled in planning, design, and deployment of Microsoft Endpoint Manager for Windows and Mobile devices (i.e., Intune, AutoPilot, App packaging, Hybrid Azure AD Join)
• Strong analysis and problem-solving ability
• Experience in hybrid deployments of identity + workload. Example: Azure Active Directory Connect + Exchange + Exchange Online.
• Migration experience, including Exchange Hybrid, M365 tenant to tenant, Google to M365
• Familiarity with implementing modern security principles including identity driven security, data-centric controls and zero trust
