TomoClub is a game based social emotional learning curriculum for grade 3-12 in the US. We facilitate learning of essential SEL skills like emotional intelligence, problem-solving, team collaboration, and critical thinking through moderator led live social game sessions. Our mission is to foster a community that brings out the best in every child.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Moderator. The moderator is responsible for guiding students through the game based curriculum through which students inculcate learning that they use for life. Moderators are also responsible for reporting student growth and enabling children to become emotionally intelligent leaders and innovators.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with children, preferably as a teacher/counselor
• Ability to handle conflicts and difficult conversations with empathy and respect
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in using digital communication and moderation tools, like Zoom
• Proficiency in using digital communication and moderation tools
• Knowledge of child safety and online privacy regulations
• Understanding of social and emotional learning principles
