First Call Wireless is looking for the right individual to join our organization as Mobile Device Management – Sales Specialist. The position will be an in-office position at our Coral Springs, HQ.
About First Call Wireless
First Call Wireless is an Elite Partner with T-Mobile for Business. We provide T-Mobile business customers with Mobile Device Management Software Solutions via program with T-Mobile for Business called Co-Sell/Partner Teaming. T-Mobile for Business looks to Elite Partners like First Call Wireless to provide MDM solutions to their end customers.
First Call Wireless MDM Solutions include:
· Licenses from vendors: Scalefusion, Samsung Knox, Maas 360, Soti, InTune, VM Ware, Mobile Iron, JeXtream 5G Hotspot MDM, Inseego Connect 5G Hotspot MDM, Franklin Wireless Pintrac MDM for 4G Hotspots
· Profile Creation & Device Enrollment
· Ongoing Managed Help Desk Support for Administrators and End Users
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospecting & Marketing to the T-Mobile for Business Sales teams via Phone, Email, Text, Linkedin to promote First Call Wireless Mobile Device Management Solutions and Offers. (Flyers, Promotions and Marketing collateral provided)
· For customers that purchase Mobile Device Management Solutions, the Sales Specialist will work the client and prepare quotes, statements of work and coordinate what to invoice the customer with Accounting.
· They will also work closely with our CIO who leads our Mobile Device Management business.
Desired Skillset:
· Background in Mobile Device Management, Cellular Device Sales, or similar Software Technology Solutions
· Fast learner, independent problem solver
· Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
· Experience using CRM Software or Zoho
· Outgoing professional demeaner
· Organized to maintain quotes, statements of work, sales funnel, customer follow-up
Compensation
· $40,000 Salary per year
· Commission on Mobile Device Management Sales
o Base Sales Quota is to sell 200 Mobile Device Management Licenses/Activations per month.
o Estimated Commission at Base Sales Quota (2400 MDM Licenses/Activations annual is $15,000). There is no cap on commissions so sales beyond base quota can increase compensation significantly.
