Mls Next Head Coach

The VC Fusion MLS Next Academy Coach is responsible for creating an elite training and competitive environment that strives to recruit players from all parts of the Ventura County and San Fernando Valley region. The Coach will report to the Academy Director and strive to achieve the highest level of success by creating a pool of players with a culture of excellence, that provides a life enriching experience and seeks to develop a complete player on and off the field.

Founded in 2006, VC Fusion is a widely successful soccer organization with a defined and proven pathway for players to progress to the ranks of professional soccer. Fusion is a member of the United Soccer League (USL) League Two, MLS Next and USL Academy.

We provide an ideal environment for players to reach their highest potential on and off the field through development and leadership.
