The Role At a Glance

We're seeking an innovative and resilient MLD Teacher to join one of our highly regarded schools in the Lincoln area. As an MLD Teacher, you will bring your wealth of experience in working within SEN/SEMH environments to create a supportive and inclusive classroom. Some students will have life-limiting conditions, and they follow informal or semi-formal curriculums. Your patience, proactivity, and dedication will be instrumental in making a positive impact on their lives.

Your Qualifications And Skills

• Possess excellent communication skills to engage both parents and pupils
• Demonstrate patience, proactivity, and resilience
• Experience working with students with additional needs
• Hold a QTS or equivalent qualification
• Hold an Enhanced Child DBS or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education
