Position Description:
Mission for Chattahoochee State Hospitals
Modican Medical & Safety now has openings for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Applicants must;
be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
be willing to working at a mental health facility,
be able to commit to working 36 - 40 hours per week for up to 6 months or longer
be able to work the 3pm 11pm, or 11pm 7am,
be able to pass an additional background screening with the state. Approval can take an additional 3-5 days,
be able to pass a drug screening,
be able to work some weekends,
be fully vaccinated or have started the vaccination process,
be able to submit copy of your LPN license, photo ID, and vaccination card,
be able to work long hours on your feet,
have current State of Florida, LPN license or a current compact license,
have an eligible Level 2 Background screening on file with the State of Florida,
have reliable transportation.
be willing to work as a W2 employee.
Additional Information: This assignment can last up to 6 months or longer, with the opportunity to work full-time hours. $30.00 per hour -
