Job Description
We are experts in charity administration – bringing guidance and relief to ministry partners around the world since 2014. At FGC we work to simplify ministry and mission by providing donor services, bookkeeping, accounting, government compliance expertise, and administration for over 150 ministry partners worldwide. FGC is a charitable foundation registered as a 501(c)(3) with the IRS. We value financial transparency and integrity so supporters can give with confidence.


Purpose:


The Ministry Account Advisor provides first-line customer service to FGC’s Partners. Our Ministry Account Advisors facilitate charity compliance and advocate for the Partners on their caseload by providing assistance and resources to help them thrive. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, be personable with great customer service skills, enjoy problem solving, be detail oriented, and desire to see the Great Commission of Jesus Christ fulfilled.


Requirements


  • Act as liaison between Partners and FGC support teams including IT/software, accounting, or donations.
  • Assist Partners with FGC’s event tools for planning and execution of their ministry’s promotional events.
  • Monitor the activity of ministries through various means including, but not limited to, website monitoring, annual and quarterly reports, and newsletters.
  • Provide communication to Partnering Organizations and/or their Advisory Team.
  • Read and file documents required for charity compliance.
  • Follow-up and correspondence with Partners including, but not limited to wages, expense claims & advance clearings, IRS compliance requirements, account & donation inquiries, and various report requests.
  • Monitor and share social media content to promote Partner projects.
  • Contribute to a working environment of mutual Christian encouragement by upholding Christian standards in all working practices and relationships
  • Provide guidance for Partners.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Proven administrative skills and experience, minimum five years.
  • Minimum five years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Post-Secondary education preferred.
