Overview:
World’s leading manufacturer of vehicle access control equipment. Company has been engineering and
manufacturing vehicle access control equipment and selling its products worldwide since 1974.
Welders at Final Assembly plant will be responsible for assembling and skillfully shaping and welding
materials and parts to ensure a precise, high-quality product is delivered to customer on time.

Responsibilities:
• Spot welding uses melted aluminum rod to connect metal parts permanently.
  • Fitter welder, however, includes fabrication, assembly and repair.
  • Welders start their job by laying out their metal parts, positioning them and securing the parts in accordance
to the specified plan.
  • There are welders who also have to do a little bit of lifting especially when dealing with large and heavy
cast parts.
  • Welders normally work in well-ventilated areas due to the harmful gas produced when joining metal parts.
They also wear protective clothing like gloves and helmets with specialized lenses to protect their eyes.
  • Welders working in our manufacturing facility are always standing, lifting and reaching on a daily basis
Knowledge and Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to comply with safety regulations including; safety glasses, large welding gloves, safety belts,
  • Welding certification preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years’ experience in welding in manufacturing environment
steel toe shoes, ear plugs, welding mask, welding capes, and welding aprons
  • Professional demeanor
  • Experience reading complex drawings
  • Ability to work cooperatively in team environment
