Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Quality Test Specialist who has NAS 410 or equivalent level II certifications in Ultrasound method to join our Composite Fabrication team in West Jordan, Utah and Salt Lake City, Utah.
A successful candidate in this role will develop, conduct and/or improve and correct non-destructive inspection or test techniques, methods and processes. They will also analyze data and documents and communicate their recommendations to their respective manager.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develops procedures and processes.
- Performs tests or inspections and collects data.
- Conducts certification preparation training.
- Maintains responsibility of non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products.
- Documents, analyzes and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations.
- Performs setup for specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment.
- Provides communication on adverse trends.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- NAS 410 or equivalent level II or higher certifications in Ultrasound method.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- 1+ years of experience in Eddy Current (ET) and Dye Penetrant (PT).
- 1+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining.
- Experience working under pressure in a fast paced role with strict deadlines.
- 1+ years working with Automated NDT inspection equipment.
- Associate's Degree.
- Experience working both independently and in team environments.
Typical Education/Experience:
AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
