Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and contribute to the testing strategy.
• Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve the testing approach.
• Collaborate with the QA team to establish and maintain a robust testing environment, including test data preparation and test environments setup.
• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts that cover various aspects of our software products.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems, and work closely with developers to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Provide valuable feedback on user experience and suggest improvements to enhance the overall quality of our products.
• Perform functional, usability, performance, and regression testing to validate the quality of our software.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on manual testing and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems and version control tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring product quality and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts from software requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify potential edge cases.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles.
