Mid-Level Maintenance Engineer | $24/Hr | 8:00Am-4:30Pm | Tuesday - Thursday

The Role

A General Maintenance Mid-Level Engineer will be responsible for providing general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front of the house areas. A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring sufficient skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | Off: Sunday and Monday

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Wage: Starting at $24/hour

About The Hiring Process

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years building maintenance experience is required (HVAC, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting proficiency). Hotel experience preferred.

• Paint & drywall experience preferred.

• Good customer skills are also required, as you will need to respond to guest calls and interact with guests and employees in a professional manner.

• Ability to walk long distances and be in the heat for extended periods of time.

• Work in compliance with OSHA guidelines.

• Must have the ability to perform physical labor (including, but not limited to, the ability to bend, twist, stoop, lift 50 lbs., as well as climb a ladder).

• Flexibility and willingness to work as the demands of business dictates.
