Job Description

My client is a high quality credit focused investment firm that is extremely well-known and highly reputable in the industry. Awesome time to join the firm as they are in growth mode! This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a collaborative, young team while working closely with senior management (reporting directly to the Head of Operations).


Responsibilities:

-Responsible for trade booking and processing

-Monitor daily trade activity and interact with custodians and prime brokers

-Respond to inquiries from clients

-Reconcile trades with custodians and prime brokers

-Perform month-end reconciliation and closing with accounting

-Daily reporting

-Perform ad hoc tasks for senior management


Requirements:

-2 - 7 years of investment operations / middle office experience

-From a Fund or a Bank (Sales and Trading), Fund Admin or Asset Manager

-Credit products is a plus
