Position Overview:

As the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our dental group through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Your extensive experience in the dental industry, coupled with your expertise in deal evaluation, negotiation, and integration, will be crucial in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, industry experts, and financial partners, to enhance our acquisition pipeline and industry insights.
• Lead the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets, considering strategic fit, financial viability, and market trends.
• Oversee the integration process of acquired practices, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with our company's culture and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial, operational, and legal assessments.

Qualifications:
