The didgwalic Wellness Center is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Mental Health Manager to join our integrated care clinic that combines primary care, behavioral health, and opiate treatment all in place. In this role you will provide direct supervision and guidance to Mental Health Counselors, as well as carry a small client case load of direct counseling to clients individually or in a group setting.

Our comprehensive services include primary care, behavioral health, and opiate treatment in a dedicated care team model. We also go beyond these services to support our clients by offering a range of services like transportation, childcare, dental services, acupuncture, yoga, case management, and even free lunches while onsite. Our beautiful, state-of-the-art facility is located near Anacortes, Washington.

Must Haves*:
- Skills in managing, evaluating and disciplining employees.
- Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of mental dysfunctions, to provide counseling and guidance.
- Effective communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
- Understand and adheres to state (RCW, WAC) and federal confidentiality regulations (42 CFR part 2).
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related programs.
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a cross-culture environment, with an understanding of the role that trauma, history, community, family, and personal experience plays in wellness and recovery.
- WA LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, LASW, or related license
- 5+ years of professional experience in mental health treatment and human services fields.
