Troubadour's Member Services Representative fills an essential function: ensuring that our members and guests receive the highest quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Seeks most efficient manner in which to meet member expectations (WOW moments).
• Submits newsletter and regular updates as required (development update, club news and what’s ahead, sales update, message from GM, welcome emails, featured listings, etc.).
• Continuously learning and improving communication platforms (e.g., member app, website, etc.).
• Creates itineraries for members, guests and prospective members prior to their arrival to Troubadour.
• Works closely with all departments to communicate updates and relevant information to members (newsletters, club communication emails).
• Offers concierge services to the membership, acting as the hub of communications, connecting members with various departments and amenities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Member Experience Manager, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, having a flexible mentality, and positive attitude.
• Keeps track of current new member orientation materials and new member gift inventory, reordering Member Service materials as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Resourcefulness, sound judgment and self-confidence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. Club Essentials experience preferred.
• Proven experience using communication and organizational skills to accomplish goals.
• Administrative and clerical procedures and systems of processing, managing files and records and other office procedures.
• Keeping a neat and orderly workspace.
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Marketing, PR or Communications
• Experience creating newsletters and marketing collateral.
• 1-2 years of work-related skill, knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Working independently and interdependently with colleagues.
