Our Medication Care Partners (Med Tech) provide direct care to our senior residents that follows a personalized medication and treatment plan. What will you do as a Medication Care Partner?

• Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents
• Assist in monitoring the medication program
• Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement and companionship
• Encourage and assist with activity programs
• Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date
• Setup and assist with self-administration of medication

If You Have These Qualifications, We'd Love To Chat

• Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience a plus!
• Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
• Must be certified Medication Aide (Med Tech Certification) and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide/certification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
