Medical Records / Unit Clerk

Wexford Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently recruiting a Medical Records / Unit Clerk to join our team.
This position will also have Unit Clerk responsibilities.
The Unit Clerk / Medical Records Coordinator will manage our Point Click Care system. Yes! This is the 21st century, and all our medical records are digital! Therefore, we need you to:

• Protect Point Click Care electronic health records from breaches of confidentiality, unauthorized use, theft, and damage.
• Ensure compliance of Point Click Care electronic health records.
• Ensure that active and inactive Point Click Care electronic health records accurately reflect the resident’s condition from admission through discharge.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Computer proficiency required.
• Point Click Care experience preferred.
• Previous medical records or other relevant healthcare experience.
