Position Responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient experience, focusing on high patient satisfaction and quality care, through providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere and maintaining knowledge of our services.
Greet all patients, visitors, and guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Check-in/check-out patients, collect payment at time of service, and perform insurance authorizations.
Schedule and confirm appointments. Assist patients with downloading the patient app for online intake forms.
Review patient charts to ensure health history, demographics, and consent forms are complete and up-to-date.
Obtain outside medical records when necessary.
Answer phone calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Maintain an upscale ambiance by ensuring the front office is clean and appropriately stocked at all times.
Manage the retail skin care product inventory.
Serve as the liaison between patients and the surgeon, nurses and business manager to help guide the patients through their experience with our office.
Hold a high level of professionalism while interacting with patients, patients’ families, guests, and staff.
Maintain a positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional attire.
Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Other duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, required
1 year customer service experience, required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Mac-Based computer software
Presentable, professional appearance
