In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Medical Receptionist.

Work Location: Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch, FL

As Part Of This Role, You Will

• Check-in our patients for their appointments and schedule any needed follow-up appointments
• Answer calls to schedule appointments
• Be the first person who greets our patients with a smile
• Call patients to schedule future and same-day appointments
• Answer questions about our services and hours

What You Need To Bring To This Role

• Must be flexible, resourceful and able to troubleshoot
• HS/GED required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Pride in the job you do and the image you present to our patients & visitors
• For the safety of our employees and patients, all new employees are required to be COVID-19 vaccinated and will be required to provide proof of vaccination prior to your potential hire date.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively interact with customers in stressful situations

• 6+ months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required (healthcare experience a plus)
• A positive can-do attitude
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
