- Advises management of various financial models and recommendations.
- Trains and reviews the work of lower-level Financial Analysts.
- Identifies complex financial problems or issues, researches solutions and implements corrective steps to achieve higher level of efficiency.
- Prepares complex presentations. Prepares financial planning, financial section of annual and quarterly reports to shareholders, applicable government reports, and budget reports.
- Is used as a resource by staff or outside departments.
- Healthcare insurance finance experience (specifically, Behavioral Health) strongly preferred.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of data strongly preferred.
- Experience interacting confidently with key stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making.
- Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills strongly preferred.
- MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of internal business processes, data flow, controls and our financial systems preferred.
