Medical Clinic Office Manager

Heart of Wellness is looking for an Clinic Manager to lead our teams, manage our systems, and run our front and back offices.

To be successful in this position you will need:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent systems and information management skills
• Ability to utilize metrics and SMART goals in order to measure success and ensure reproducible results
• Profiency in policies and procedures optimization
• Profiency building traction by holding all team members accountable

Previous medical office experience is preferred but preference will be given to candidates with the right demonstrated abilities and skillsets regardless of where their previous experience has been obtained.

Salary dependent on experience.
