Medical Assistant-Clinic Jobs

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Medical Assistant (MA) to join the busy Stockton Family Medical Center.

The clinic serves the community by providing a continuum of care through complete family care, behavioral health, and same day appointments. The clinic also has walk-in hours Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. for patients who have sudden illness or injury and who need treated right away.

A typical day will include: Rooming patients prior to their medical provider’s visit and/or treatment, administering medications and vaccines, performing accurate and complete medication reconciliation, updating patient’s EMR to reflect current and accurate information, performing a variety of health assessments, drawing and processing labs, performing x-rays, and communicating results with patients at the provider’s discretion. Training will be provided on site.
