Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the Engineering industry. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and products. You will work closely with vendors and clients to ensure that all designs meet their requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure that all designs meet their requirements and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve designs and processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all designs are optimized for manufacturing, assembly, and serviceability.
• Collaborate with other engineers to develop new products and technologies that improve our company's competitive position.
• Conduct thermal analysis to ensure that designs can withstand extreme temperatures and environments.
• Perform mechanical structural analysis using ANSYS to ensure that designs meet safety and performance requirements.
• Manage projects from cradle to grave, including creating project timelines, budgeting, and ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Create detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate design concepts and results to stakeholders.
• Design and develop mechanical systems and products using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other software tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical design and development.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other mechanical design software tools.
• Experience with thermal analysis and other simulation tools.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage projects from cradle to grave.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with mechanical structural analysis using ANSYS or equivalent software.
• Experience with machine design and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
