Job Description
Description


  • Generate fabrication and assembly drawings of components and assemblies using ASME Y14.5 standards
  • Prepares rough sketches per customer specifications;
  • Mechanical design of enclosures, text fixtures and detailed electronics packages
  • Experience modifying drawings & making revisions
  • Reverse engineer complex components and assemblies
  • Prepare final drawings through understanding of engineered sketches
  • Create designs with appropriate dimensions & tolerances

Solidworks, Mechanical Design, Drafting, Packaging, Weldments, Sheet Metal Design, Dod, Gd&t


Additional Skills & Qualifications


  • 5 years of experience within mechanical design/drafting
  • Experience with AutoCAD & Solidworks modeling software
  • Experience ASME standards
