DAY-TO-DAY
Our Mechanical Construction Supervisor is essential to the success of our projects as you help supervise projects and manage the completion schedule, lead the crew, and ensure high-performance standards. Each day, you lead our team to success! You get to utilize your ability to read and comprehend blueprints to identify project requirements, provide layout support, and manage project labor and material. Additionally, you ensure that all key mechanical work milestones and deliveries are met, and coordinate the rental, placement, and storage of materials, tools, and supplies.
On top of successful project management, you make sure that all completed work is inspected and ensure all local codes and company quality standards are followed. Being a hands-on leader means you are always willing to lend a hand, and your team knows they can approach you as you motivate them and maintain high employee morale. Finally, you build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and customers using your exceptional rapport and communication skills. Ultimately, we rely on your knowledge, expertise, and excellent project management skills to ensure the overall success of your team and the success of our company!

Requirements

• Driver's license
• Prior experience in plumbing, electrical, and piping sheet metal fabrication and layout
• 10 or more years of experience in the commercial construction sector
• OSHA 10 certification
• Journeyman license
• 10 or more years of experience in the mechanical trades with specialty
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Attain the needed clearance to access government buildings and military bases
