• Food Service Southside Market and Barbeque is currently accepting applications for a BBQ Meat Cutter with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. This position is responsible for slicing all of Southside's barbeque proteins based on customer requests. This role works directly with customers, our cashiers and customer service team members to ensure that customer orders are filled accurately, and the customer receives the best possible barbeque experience. MEAT CUTTER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment Meat Cutter Qualifications:
• Ensures guest satisfaction through customer service and hospitality

• Uses restaurant equipment to accurately weigh meats to exact specifications
• Texas Food Handler Certificate required. (or able to obtain upon hire)
