Kansas City Company that manufactures laboratory equipment was founded in 1925. This is a great 90 day temp to hire position with wage increases when hired and again at 60 days, 6 months & 12 months. Excellent Benefits!

Material Handler Details


  • $ 18.00 / hour
  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )


Material Handler Will Be Responsible For


  • Part or a combination of shipping, receiving,
  • Intercompany distribution,
  • Safely utilize material handling equipment such as hand tools and forklift.
  • Parts/accessories picking & packaging or crating.


Material Handler Qualifications


  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Ability to perform duties accurately with strong attention to detail and minimal supervision.
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
  • Strong initiative and drive.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel verbally and in writing
  • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
  • Able to lift 50lb on a repetitive basis
  • Previous material handling experience.
