The Role

As a Material Handler you will safely unload, transport, pack, consolidate, and load complete orders of the best quality parts, products, and services to meet the internal and external customer's needs at the lowest cost.

You will…

• Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment through the enforcement of housekeeping safety policies. Perform general housekeeping.
• Contribute to team output and support team in achieving or exceeding goals
• Operate various types of forklifts to move product through the distribution process including unloading, put away, picking, and loading process, which may include hand loading and unloading of containers
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Prepare product for inbound receipt and/or shipment including palletizing, re-palletizing, and carton labeling, ensuring that all warehouse and customer requirements are met
• Positively support and participate in Trendway’s Continuous Improvement culture

What You Bring To The Team

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write in English language
• Lift truck license required

This job requires close vision, the ability to correctly see color, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
