Role Summary:

Hello Bello is looking for a Material Handler for Raw Materials will operate clamp trucks and feed raw materials to the production lines as they are installed. You will read and interpret the Bill of Material, take input from the production lines, and ensure timely, safe, accurate and damage-free delivery of needed raw materials.

Responsibilities:

• Performs cycle counts and physical inventories, as needed
• Operates material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner, as required
• Moves raw materials to storage area with proper equipment and efficiently stacks and stores raw materials in the appropriate areas
• Verifies raw materials and records movement on paper and in the ERP system, once installed
• Loads and unloads trailers of incoming raw materials, as needed, in an efficient and safe manner
• Uses various types of equipment, including forklift, clamp fork truck, tilt table, pallet jack, and roll clamp fork truck
• Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area
• Returns unused raw materials to raw materials warehouse, recording usage manually and within the system
• Interacts with the manufacturing lines to assure proper sequencing of raw materials delivery
• Assists in maintaining the safety and security of the raw materials warehouse

Requirements:

• Previous experience with barcode scanning inventory system desirable
• OSHA Forklift Certification preferred
• 3+ years experience on a standup and sit down forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment; clamp truck experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required or appropriate combination of education and relevant practical experience
• Willing and able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willing and able to work rotating 12-hour shifts and overtime
• Strong sense of teamwork and cooperation
