Job Summary
This position is an important part of our warehouse team responsible for receiving, production and managing shipping. You will ensure inventory accuracy is sustained daily and customer success is achieved. The ideal candidate has experience being an engaged team member in a warehouse environment, positive attitude and be self-driven.. The position is Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Other duties as assigned
• Load/unload trailers and trucks daily
• Weigh and dimensionalize freight (UPS and airfreight)
• Coordinate UPS pick-ups
• Assemble & pack orders
• Check goods for damages, confirm piece count, review documentation, and sign for goods received
• Build consolidations and create manifest for shipments moving northbound
• Complete a monthly inventory log on storage accounts
• Perform monthly inventory and physically count and verify piece counts
• Housekeeping of warehouse

Knowledge & Skills

• Hazardous material knowledge a plus
• Ability to stage freight, plan loads, and load/off-load trailers
• Knowledge of basic shipping requirements
• Ability to use a pallet jack and a hand cart
• Excellent communication skills
• Certified forklift driver not mandatory, but preferred
• Proper lifting techniques

Work Experience – Minimum Required
1 year of experience
