Moves, loads, and unloads products within the warehouse from reserve storage to primary storage using various types of machinery (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and various trucks) or manually on foot, by cart or manual pallet jack. Addresses product shorts by reviewing consolidated and move tickets as well as manual notifications filled out by pickers. Breaks a product down appropriately from pallets and manufacturer’s packaging into proper storage and selling units for the primary location. Rotates inventory as necessary to ensure most recent expiration dates are picked first. Ensures flammable and refrigerated items are stored in appropriate locations. Disposes of empty pallets and packaging appropriately
